A Kempton Park-based HR Consulting company is recruiting for a Junior Training Administrator to perform the following duties:Tender administration:
- Assist in preparing and submitting tenders, proposals, expressions of interest, RFIs, and vendor documents.
- Attend briefing sessions.
- Arranging internal tender briefing meetings
- Ensuring tenders are submitted on time.
- Collating the tender document in a presentable format to the client.
Sales administration:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Contact customers to promote company products.
- Schedule sales meeting appointments for the sales team
- Update sales and customer records
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Providing the customer with information about a company's products or services to create interest in the brand.
- Updating of social media pages on a weekly basis.
- Create and update a client database.
Training Administration
- Participating in creating and implementing training programs.
- Booking and setting up classrooms and training venues.
- Managing schedules, and records.
- Ensure that the training material is printed.
- Ensure that the trainers, assessors, and moderators are booked.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Higher qualification(preferably in Training/HR)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Great administration experience
Job Types:

From R4,500.00 per month
