Due to massive growth across our business, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to join our young, dynamic team- Job Description:_
- We are looking for customer

- solving and interpersonal skills, to deliver exceptional; service to customer across multiple channels._
- Key Responsibilities:_
- General customer service support relating to the software installation, which will entail the following support:_
- Technical support relating to the software installation_
- Accessing business information relating to the account_
- Updating business contacts and other information._
- Advising customers regarding different services_
- Certain complex queries_
- Advice on business accounting, including HMRC regulations and compliance_
- Ensuing customers are compliant with legislation queries._
- Resolving and reconciling account queries such as VAT, & other legislation queries._
- Account Reconciliations_
- REQUIREMENTS:_
- 2 years Technical Helpdesk experience_
A minimum of 12 months customer service experience in a B2B environment
Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.

Salary:
Up to R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
