      • Manage bespoke committee administration tasks as secretary or co-secretary for internal and external committees.
    • Monetary Policy Implementation
      • Monitor the market to implement monetary policy strategies.
      • Conduct transactions such as auctions for liquidity management.
      • Capture trades like CPD assets and financial markets transactions for liquidity management.
    • Investments and Oversight
      • Undertake investments for the CPD in accordance with guidelines, operational requirements, and policies.
      • Supervise junior Financial Market Specialists.
      • Provide oversight on market commentary prepared by junior specialists.
    • Research and Development
      • Contribute to the analysis of existing reference rates and design new rates when necessary.
      • Design governance frameworks for benchmark rates.
      • Look for opportunities to automate routine tasks using innovative programming languages.
    • Presentation and Communication
      • Draft rules relating to market functioning and structure, including the code of conduct.
      • Present regular market analysis reports without quality assurance.
      • Make convincing presentations to own team and departmental forums.
    • Continuous Improvement
      • Stay abreast of methodological developments relevant to own disciplines.
      • Apply these developments in own research and improve current methodologies.
      • Review, update, and improve database structures regularly.
