Position Title:
MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER Intern

Reporting to:
Creative Lead

Based at:
Midrand Head Office

Job Purpose and Overview:

The Multimedia Designer's job duties include working closely with our Creative Department Team to develop, design and implement and design and produce high-end visual, textual, and animated content.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting with relevant departments to determine the project scope.
Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas.
Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to client specifications
Creating digital images, video animation, and textual animations.
Creating original artwork for digital image processing.
Creating animated sequences using computer animation software.
Recording, editing, and encoding audio files.
Performing media edits based on user feedback.

Experience:

To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design.
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects, short term and long term.
Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles and animation.
Artistic with a keen for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ultimately, a topnotch multimedia designer whose visual design skills translate into high quality animated content that engages website viewers.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Mulitmedia Design and/or Digita UX Design Experience in a similar role.
A complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing your skills and experience.
Indepth knowledge of software design programs.
