    Key Role Responsibilities:

    • Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs etc.
    • Ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data before analysis
    • Combining data from multiple sources to create comprehensive datasets
    • Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
    • Applying statistical techniques like regression and hypothesis testing to interpret data
    • Using mathematical and statistical models to predict outcomes or identify relationships in the data
    • Creating charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data to make insights easily understandable
    • Generating reports often using BI tools that summarize findings and insights
    • Communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable way often tailored to non-technical audiences
    • Proficient use of data analysis tools like Excel SQL Python R or specialized software
    • Querying and managing data in databases often using SQL or other database languages
    • Automating repetitive data tasks using scripting or programming languages to improve efficiency
    • Collaborating with data engineers data scientists and other analysts to ensure data accuracy and the alignment of analysis with business objectives

    Qualifications/Knowledge:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science Information Systems and/or
    • Advanced computer literacy
    • Financial services knowledge
    • SDLC methodology knowledge

    Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years experience in financial services sector
    • Minimum 5 years experience in IT
