HR Business Partner

Market-related Salary

Develop, implement and evaluate HR strategies, policies and programmes to maintain alignment to the business strategy and compliance with applicable regulations and practices in order to enable business performance and fulfilment of objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to line management and teams on the interpretation and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure availability of bench strength through strategic and costeffective workforce planning to maintain requisite skills for continuity and agility of business
  • Oversight and technical guidance on the delivery of HR services including recruitment, training, PMS, disciplinary action, and termination in order to manage associated risks and ensure adherence to best practice.
  • Actively promotes the employer brand and cultivates a conducive working environment to maintain engagement, reward to retain, and enhance productivity
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields


Experience

  • Ten (10) year experience post qualification experience as HR practitioner
- at least 5 of which must be at senior level.

  • Practical knowledge and direct experience with national and regional labor law,
  • A demonstrated understanding of the many disciplines within HR,
- including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc
