This role involves proactively managing accounts, maintaining client relationships, and identifying business opportunities. Strong analytical skills and excellent English proficiency are required.     REQUIREMENTS:
    • 3 years of professional experience at the Key Account Management level.
    • Exposure to USA clients or accounts will be beneficial.
    • Bachelor's degree or higher education in business or service industry preferred.
    • Very strong computer skills are necessary, particularly in Excel.
    • Residence in Cape Town, Western Cape

    DUTIES:
    • Proactively manage a portfolio of allocated accounts, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
    • Translate client needs into business opportunities and set up quotations and pricing policies accordingly.
    • Develop new ideas to improve service delivery and follow daily operations with Global Mobility Coordinators.
    • Ensure implementation of client procedures and SLA management, while providing efficient reporting to management and clients.
    • Collaborate with internal team members to solve client needs and ensure outstanding service delivery.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
