    Job Summary:

    The purpose of this position is to ensure the timely and cost-effective maintenance, servicing, and repair of material handling equipment, systems, and products on company premises to meet customer and business requirements. This includes maintaining accurate vehicle records.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Servicing and maintaining forklifts to specified standards and according to established procedures while delivering high-quality service and maintenance.
    2. Performing accurate diagnoses and troubleshooting in the event of equipment breakdowns, communicating necessary repairs to customers and supervisors.
    3. Maintaining up-to-date vehicle maintenance and operational data by updating and promptly communicating relevant information for record-keeping purposes.
    4. Providing exceptional customer satisfaction with a polite and professional demeanor.
    5. Fostering effective communication among team members, workshop staff, and customers.
    6. Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSACT) regulations and maintaining a safe work environment by verifying vehicle safety device operations, adhering to standards and procedures, and following legal requirements.
    7. Enhancing job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities and training programs.
