    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Prepress DTP Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as knowledge of the flexographic printing industry.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing files for print, taking files from graphic designers and making necessary changes, resizing artwork, retouching images, creating PDFs, and more.

    In addition, the Prepress DTP Operator will be expected to:

    • Carry out repro work against media specs with precision and accuracy.
    • Manage multiple assignments daily and meet deadlines.
    • Work independently and be highly organized.
    • Continually update their knowledge of client brand guidelines.
    • Create digital proofs for client approval and generate final print-ready files.

    This is a challenging role that requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
