    Internal Sales Representative

    We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Sales and Revenue Growth:
      • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas by identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products or services.
    • Customer Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent customer service and effective complaint resolution.
    • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
      • Research and identify potential customers using cold calling, emailing, or networking techniques.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services and stay informed on industry trends and market developments.
    • Sales Administration:
      • Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on quotations sent.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve sales goals and assist with phone inquiries and walk-in customer queries.

    Requirements:

    • A matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
    • A relevant technical qualification is essential.
    • A minimum of 2 years experience in a sales-related role.
    • Proficiency in Excel and MS Word.
    • Bilingual with excellent communication skills.
    • Familiarity with basic principles of mathematics and science is advantageous.
