Description
Consolidate data and facilitate the preparation of periodic reports including weekly and monthly updates to be circulated to relevant parties (core function)

  • Scheduling meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Prepare presentations and commission calculations
  • Ensure all tenants have valid bank guarantees
  • Conducting lease/server audits and credit checks
Skills requirements

  • Min 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Reporting and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint in particular) and Docusign
  • Multitasking with the ability to focus and attend to multiple things
  • To be able to perform at a high level of accuracy with little supervision
  • To be selfmotivated, well organised and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
