We are a 25-year-old logistics business under new ownership and a fast-growing courier service company specializing in same-day and express point-to-point courier services for manufacturing, medical, and professional sectors.
We focus on building our company by creating a strong cold outbound B2B infrastructure and developing a high-performance sales team.
Role Overview
We seek a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales operations and accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling revenues in a high-growth environment, experience with building outbound sales systems from scratch, and expertise in building and managing sales teams.
This role requires hands-on execution in refining the sales process, hiring A-player sales associates, and expanding business relationships.
