    Role Overview: As an Advisor: Sales and Service, you will play a crucial role in our client's company's success by providing personalized sales support and exceptional service to their clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships, understanding clients' needs, and recommending suitable insurance products to meet those needs.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Proactively engage with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
    • Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options available.
    • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outbound sales efforts.
    • Conduct thorough policy reviews and make recommendations for coverage adjustments or enhancements.
    • Process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims efficiently and accurately.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
    • To increase Indwe's market share by selling appropriate risk solutions to new and existing clients within the Advisory Division.
    • To provide a rewarding service experience and appropriate risk solutions at all touch points.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales and service roles within the insurance industry.
    • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products such as Homeowners, Auto, and Life insurance.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
    • Insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., FAIS accreditation) are advantageous.
    • Matric
    • Level 4 FETC Short-Term Insurance Qualification
    • Advantage: Higher Certificate in Insurance (NQF5)
    • Passed exam RE: Representatives
