Job Summary


To provide advice and support in the development and implementation of area of specialization planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques, enabling the provision of sound learning and development services.


Job Description:

Understand business requirement to effectively deliver appropriate solutions aligned to organisational and business strategy:
Contributes to the establishment of the strategic alignment and framework for design and development of learning solutions In Physical Channels

Identifies new Learning and Development needs and potential solutions for Physical Channels based on performance trends, gaps identified, etc

Reviews existing solutions and solutions in design to align with new developments within the Physical Channels learning fraternity.


Contributes into development of Learning & Development solutions across Physical Channels with alignment to the Absa Group Limited Africa curriculum, always determining if they exist in the Absa Group Limited curriculum.

Stores/ updates eLearning/ blended learning content for strategic and structured programmes

Negotiates and facilitates contractual SLA and SoW - where third parties are required.

Ensure collaborative relationships with Physical Channels Learning and local Academies.

Contribute to the Group Skills Development strategy and ensure compliance to Skills Development regulatory requirements and compliance.

Lead the effectiveness of programmes and process implementation:
Continuously benchmark Learning solutions and maintain high quality standards through research and updated knowledge.

Design and implement evaluation criteria for successful implementation of the Learning solutions with clear objectives and successful performance metrics.

Ensures quality and consistency in learning design and development from a Regional and Cluster perspective

Monitoring and reporting on Learning Solutions projects

Evaluate learning programme implementation through success rate and identifying gaps for improved performance and content alignment to business requirements.

Evaluate cost efficiency of learning solution taking into consideration ROI and Commercial Value.

Lead effective implementation, monitoring and reporting of learning programmes

Consult and provide support to participants for effective implementation of learning programmes


Vendors Management:
Manage external vendors, and other related stakeholders to ensure compliance to the Absa Group Limited Procurement Policy.

Manage stakeholder SLA and SoW deliverables for internal and external service providers

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Education, Training and Development (required)
