UMG is a leading provider of sales management solutions for businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Cape Town.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving revenue growth for our clients by prospecting new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential customers.

You will be given full autonomy over your client and receive instructions directly from the client.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation activities
• Book appointments and demonstrations for the sales team
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and engagement targets set by UMG and clients
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline updates in the sales engagement platform
• Provide regular status reports to clients on sales activities and progress
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and coaching provided by UMG

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of sales experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech space
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment
• Passionate about sales and driven to succeed

Salary:
R20, R26,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
