Customers will find value-for-money, devices across a wide spectrum of new and refurbished categories of products. These include laptops, tablets, phones, Kindles, desktop computers, notebooks, and the relevant accessories, all backed up by reliable service and warranties.
The Casual Technical Support Consultants are a combination of technically strong individuals with great people skills. _We require a support consultant to join our team, in a casual capacity. This is the ideal opportunity for someone that looking for a little flexibility in while getting great experience._


Your role would be to provide technical support to all TechMarkit customers, through trouble shooting, resolving technical issues and software support.

You will also provide training and assistance to customers when required as well as exceptional and professional quality support service.


You need to have:


  • Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
  • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support
