Description
Experienced individual contributor (specialist operational/technical role, or experienced professional). Works independently, with limited supervision. Problems faced may be difficult but can be addressed within an established framework

  • Provide a firstclass customer service role across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management and travel management
  • Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations
  • Prepare for meetings and events including drafting agendas, circulation of required material, recording Minutes of the Meeting (MOM) if required, room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.
  • Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general facility tasks, filing etc.
  • Event management as required
  • Efficient storage of documents
