Responsibilities:

Work closely with Focus US cultivation team to secure right content.

Measure, Analyze and report on results to drive actionable insights.

Ensure solid deliverability through monitoring inbox deliverability, unsubscribe/spam complaint rates, and other deliverability metrics.

Track and communicate results, success metrics and recommendations for improvement.


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar relevant field preferred.

3+ years of Marketing experience with focus in Digital Marketing.


Competencies and Skills:

Experience in Digital Marketing - Online Metrics and analytics tools.

HTML Skills and HTML editor tools experience and photoshop required.

Excellent report writing and data analysis to drive improvement.

Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong commitment to collaboration and Ideation
- ability to work a variety of teams to bring Campaign elements to life.

A self
- starting Attitude - ready to seize opportunities to make impact without needing to be told.

Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
