WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager to join our growing engineering team.

As a technical product manager at Bluegrass, you will understand both external and internal stakeholders requirements and help to translate and manage these requirements within the projects you deliver for our clients.


You will own multiple project lifecycles, and coordinate with stakeholders on priorities and the engineering teams in order to deliver end-to-end solutions and ongoing support and maintenance for your projects.


We move fast and multi-task across multiple ongoing products, so you will need keep up with our pace and not get flustered with changing scope and requirements.

You must have excellent personal administration skills; have the ability to prioritize tasks in a very busy environment; and be able to show that you can hit deadlines and exceed expectations.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE / BE:


  • Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent problemsolving skills
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in managing technical projects and deliveries
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies, Scrum/Kanban
  • Experience managing projects within JIRA agile projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing your own set of more complex (bigger budget) client projects
  • Meet daily/weekly with the PM team to ensure all projects are on track
  • Oversee the internal SCRUM process
  • You will be the first point of contact for the team and for clients to escalate any project issues.
  • You will quality check and input into every Cost Estimate, Proposal, SOW, Project Plan, UX/Wireframes, FSD's and Testing processes for all projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and engineering teams across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and engineering teams on requirements and deliveries
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog with engineering teams across multiple projects
  • Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements
  • Own end to end project lifecycles from requirements, through to delivery and support
  • Input into development and technical discussions
  • New business sales and sales costings

  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are essential
  • A strong understanding of internet technologies (HTML, CSS, JS,.NET)
  • Understanding of CMS products like Umbraco (very advantageous); Optimizely; WordPress; Drupal
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Militarylike organizational and time management skills
  • Multitasking skills and the ability to very comfortably juggle multiple projects/tasks
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills to deal with various personalities
  • A passion for the online industry a true digital enthusiast
