Assistant Bookkeeper/Admin

Job summary
The Assistant Bookkeeper will work with the Senior Accountant and Warehouse Manager to reconcile business transactions in Xero, keep track of inventory using Shopify and Katana tools, and handle administrative tasks including monitoring shipments of inbound inventory and contacting UPS, DHL, and FedEx to resolve customs delays. This team member should be experienced in Xero, GAAP, and ready to be dynamic to tackle issues as they arise in a growing company.
