Key Performance Areas:


  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes to ensure sourcing and attraction of talent that will meet current and future skills needs.
  • Provide specialist advice and insights relating to Talent Acquisition and proactively explore all channels and processes to build diverse pools of talent.
  • Assist to coordinate and perform Talent Acquisition initiatives by performing job analysis and engaging with HR Business Partners (HRBP's) and business stakeholders to obtain a better understanding on job performance requirements,
contracting, compensation structure and timeframe requirements to fill vacant positions

  • Conduct research on competitors, build industry networks and partner with recruitment agencies.
  • Provide support to the relevant HRBP's in the sourcing and acquisition of difficult roles.
  • Ensure effective tracking of all Talent Acquisition activities including the provision of required reports.
  • Participate in briefing sessions with appointed recruitment agencies as and when required
