    Role Overview:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Growth (Conversion Optimization) Developer (Full Stack) with a solid background in developing and optimizing web applications for maximum efficiency and impact. As a key player in our development team, you will lead initiatives to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive the technical growth of our platform.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and optimization of web applications using both MERN (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) and LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stacks to drive conversion.
  • Lead the integration and optimization of analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, ensuring the effective tracking of user interactions and leveraging insights for growth.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve overall platform performance and user satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel to analyze user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gather requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.

    Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack development, with a proven track record in conversion rate optimization and web application growth.
  • Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, SASS, HTML5, CSS3, Node, React, Laravel, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Express, and Svelte.
  • Proficient in database technologies, including MySQL and MongoDB, with a focus on data integrity and query optimization.
  • Strong experience with analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools, and proficiency in implementing and optimizing these platforms for growth.
  • Experience with server deployments, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel to analyze data and inform development strategies.
  • A passion for cryptocurrency and a commitment to contributing to the growth of Crypto School's educational platform.
