    • Maintain Controls and Procedures
    • Final Escalation for Payables and Receivables
    • External Audit Review and Sign Off
    • Annual Financial Statements Review
    • Monthly Management Reports
    • Financial Performance Monitoring and Variance Analysis
    • Cash and Liquidity Management
    • Debt and Capital Management
    • Investment and Risk Management Advice
    • Banking and Compliance
    • Treasury Performance and Reporting
    • Financial Planning and Budgeting
    • Present Annual Financial Management Budget to the Management Team
    • Review Budget Performance Monthly
    • Risk Management and Insurance
    • Tax Planning
    • Asset/Fixed Asset Management
    • Asset Disposal and End of Life Planning
    • Company Secretarial Activities
    • Legal Documentation and Governance Oversight
    • Corporate and Trust Compliance and Statutory Filings
    • BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) Initiatives

    Requirements:

    • CA (South Africa), registered with SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered Accountants)
    • Compliance with ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements as per SAICA regulations
    • 5-10 years post-qualification experience with at least three years working in a financial management role in retail or a manufacturing environment
