    Clerk Finance (Yes Program)

    Medipost Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Clerk Finance to join our team for a 12-month contract.

    Position Summary

    Industry: Pharmaceutical Sector

    Job Category: Banking, Finance, Insurance, Stockbroking

    Contract: Fixed Term Contract

    Remuneration: Stipend and Transport Allowance

    EE Position: Yes

    Key Responsibilities

    We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative skills to manage various tasks including:

    • Payments Management: Collect daily invoices from Suppliers, prepare EFT requests and supplier reconciliation, capture invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.
    • Procurement: Collect weekly stationary and consumables orders from HUBs, review and confirm order quantities, update order schedule on a daily basis.
    • Administration: Collect monthly petrol accounts, monitor fuel usage, review vehicle registration and ensure vehicle license renewals are up to date.

    Qualifications and Experience

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Degree/Diploma in Finance
    • No experience required
    • Computer literacy
