    Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

    About the Role:

    This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Processes: Design and implement quality assurance processes and procedures that meet regulatory standards and company policies.
    • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits of processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
    • Quality Performance Monitoring: Review and analyze data to monitor quality performance indicators (QPIs), such as defect rates, complaints, and non-conformance reports.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
    • Industry Trends and Regulatory Requirements: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality assurance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality assurance, engineering, science, or a related field.
    • Proven Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in a regulated industry such as aviation, military, engineering, transport, tooling, or manufacturing.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.
    • Attention to Detail: A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in documentation and data analysis.
    • Effective Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Quality Assurance Tools: Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and software for data analysis and reporting.
    • Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification: Certification in quality management or quality assurance (Lead Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer).
    • Statistical Analysis: Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and quality improvement methodologies.
    • Audit Experience: Experience in conducting internal and external audits.
    • Risk Management: Familiarity with risk management principles and tools (FMEA, risk assessment).
    • Root Cause Analysis: Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (Bow tie, Fishbone, 5w).
