    Job Description:

    An experienced Administrative Assistant is sought to provide comprehensive support to a team of Financial Advisers/Planners. The successful candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks and manage client portfolios, interacting with insurance companies, investment platforms, and clients.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Business Processing: Manage new and existing business, including investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates.
    • Client Interaction: Monitor client reviews, requests, and new business activities while maintaining strong communication with clients.
    • Diary Management: Effectively schedule meetings and appointments in the brokers diary.
    • Client Liaison: Provide ongoing support and liaison between clients, advisers, and relevant service providers.

    • Initiative: Strong ability to think creatively and drive tasks forward to completion.
    • Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in managing client information and tasks.
