    Job Title: Branding & Marketing Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Branding & Marketing Manager to join our team in the Stellenbosch Area of the Western Cape. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, as well as excellent analytical and creative skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Coordinate and implement brand strategies aligned with the business's overall goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
    2. Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt our marketing approaches accordingly.
    3. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and loyalty, utilizing data-driven insights to measure effectiveness.
    4. Maintain existing and create new brand visual identities, including logos, color schemes, and typography, to ensure a cohesive brand image.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative branding and marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and motivate global customers to adopt our branding initiatives.
    6. Oversee the production of advertisements, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
    7. Translate brand elements into actionable plans to support go-to-market strategies, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
    8. Compile design briefs and work closely with external service providers to deliver exceptional branding and marketing services.
    9. Develop and execute social media strategy, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand conversations.
    10. Contribute to and coordinate social media and audio-visual content development, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
    11. Support a team working on brand initiatives, driving customer engagement and loyalty through collaborative efforts.
    12. Monitor budgets, ensuring all branding activities remain within allocated financial plans and maximize ROI.
    13. Report on in-market brand performance and execution plans, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Marketing or a related field, or similar degree or qualification.
    • 2-3 years' experience in a relevant environment, with a proven track record of success in marketing and branding.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
    • Creative mind, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive results.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices, with a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
    • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
    • Driver's license and own transportation, with the flexibility to travel internationally if required.
