We are calling all experienced call centre agents to join our WINNING team,we are recruiting on our Tracking campaign.


Requirements:


  • Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Strong communication skills / Cold calling
  • 1/2 Years Call centre experience
- clear understanding of a contact centre environment

  • Minimum of 23 year's sales/telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre (required).
  • Strictly cold calling with Tracking experience (CARTRACK/MATRIX)

Job Types:

Salary:
R4, R6,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- outbound: 1 year (preferred)

  • Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
Expected Start Date: 2023/07/05
