Description
We are calling all experienced call centre agents to join our WINNING team,we are recruiting on our Tracking campaign.Requirements:
- Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Strong communication skills / Cold calling
- 1/2 Years Call centre experience
- Minimum of 23 year's sales/telemarketing (outbound) experience within a Contact Centre (required).
- Strictly cold calling with Tracking experience (CARTRACK/MATRIX)

- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Cold calling: 2 years (preferred)
