The role of an estimator is pivotal in ensuring the accurate assessment and validation of project scopes, repairs, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the scope of repairs, services, and maintenance to provide accurate cost estimates.
• Inspect trailers for structural, mechanical, electrical, and air system damages to determine repair/replacement costs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed repair quotations within 24 hours.
• Manage customer inquiries, service calls, and urgent requests with a focus on timely responses.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Oversee quality control checks before final trailer release and participate in customer inspections.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing, intellectual property, and client information.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent education level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proactive mindset focused on quality and efficiency.
• Driver's license essential.
