    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering award-winning work within the scope of the brand and creative brief. They will work closely with copywriters to develop compelling ideas, collaborate with other agency members to ensure seamless execution, and manage visual identity across all communication channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conceptualize and produce high-impact creative work, including TVCs, print ads, billboards, and social media content
    • Presentation skills: confidently present ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders
    • Creative problem-solving: effectively work under pressure and deliver results-driven solutions
    • Multitasking: efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
    • Time management: prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a proactive approach
    • Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues to foster a dynamic and supportive work environment
    • Professional development: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Art Direction or a related field
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience as an Art Director in an advertising agency
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Figma)
    • Strong presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
