TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR_ - Wynberg (Gauteng)

Our Client Would Prefer the applicant to start
as soon as possible.

  • Office based position - travelling required (Needs a Valid SA drivers' licence and car)
  • Construction industry experience will be an advantage.
  • Benefits - Medical aid and Provident fund (Company cell phone as well)
  • Working hours - 07:30 to 16:00 (Monday to Friday)

Skills Required:

Excellent computer skills - MSWord, Excel, Power point;
Able to generate statistics;
Conduct thorough on-line research;
Write progress reports; Ability to speak excellent English, and ability to communicate in Sotho, Zulu or equivalent


Attributes:

Enthusiasm - ability to generate positive responses in both students, parents and educational institutions

Initiative - ability to find alternate solutions to problems, find ways to get results from students and institutions, and ways to motivate students for success.

Research alternate offerings to students

Wisdom - understand when students are not pulling their weight, when administrators at institutions are not fulfilling their functions, how to rectify this, and motivate them.

Understand parental circumstance and limitations and offer support to them. Knowing when to ask for assistance from sites, regional offices


Location / Travel / Cell phone:

Trust administrator will be based at the Head Office in Wynberg, but will be required to travel to regional offices, institutions, and sites nationally.

Any travel and accommodation outside the office will be paid for
A dedicated student cell will be provided, but this will not be for personal use


Qualification & Experience:

Matric certificate

  • 5 years' experience in a Training / Facilitator / Youth Development environment or similar
Closing Date ASAP
