Klein Constantia Wine Estate is looking for a 'Tasting Room Supervisor' to join our accomplished team.Responsibilities & Requirements
Run all Tasting Room daily operations.
Maintain and improve the high level of service to ensure guests receive 5-star experiences.
Learn and uphold the principles and goals of the brand.
Supervise, lead and motivate the team.
Stock control.
Management of reservations.
Actioning opening and closing procedures.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Perform other related duties as required.
Related WSET/Sommelier qualification with hospitality experience is advantageous.
Computer literate both in Excel and POS systems.
Good ability to supervise and manage a team.
Excellent command of the English language.
Mature, responsible and organised.
Professionally presented.
Own vehicle with valid driver's licence.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
