    About You and the Skills We Are Looking For

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager available immediately. You should have a strong background in managing financial services projects, with expertise in People, Process, and Technology.

    Your experience should include managing multiple teams across various projects. You should be open to a contracting opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities and Experience

    • 6 years' solid Project Management experience on financial services projects
    • Advanced budget management and stakeholder management skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Exposure to Agile and alternative delivery methodologies
    • Exposure to Business and Process Analysis

    Program Initiation

    • Identify stakeholders and consult broadly with clients and other stakeholders
    • Analyse business value and identify delivery cadences
    • Plan procurement, estimate costs, and determine budget
    • Identify functional and non-functional dependencies, program risks, and perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
    • Develop program guidance and identify program metrics

    Program Management and Execution

    • Organise and coordinate teams across the program
    • Build relationships across project teams and shared resource teams, and with key stakeholders
    • Communicate program guidance and establish support teams
    • Prioritise and coordinate work, balance priorities, and manage dependencies
    • Manage program finances, monitor and control risks, and coordinate schedules

    Education and Qualifications

    • Matric qualification
    • Qualification in Project / Program Management
    • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science, Business Science, or Engineering would be advantageous
    • Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner, Certified PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Certified in SAFe, Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer
