    Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer
    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented designer to join our dynamic marketing team at Computassist Group, We-Care Marketing.
    About the Role:
    • Create engaging and on-brand graphics for print and digital collateral.
    • Use design software to bring concepts to life, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw and more.
    • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency across various media outlets.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology standards.
    • Assist senior designers in creating promotional and advertising materials, printing, and finishing.
    • Be familiar with Social Media, video editing, and animation (advantageous but not required).
    • Must be able to work under pressure and have good communication skills.

    Qualifications:
    • Graphic Design Degree or Diploma, or similar qualification (freshly graduated candidates may apply).
    • Original ideas and a keen eye for detail.
    • Fully competent with design software and technologies.
    • Have a portfolio available for review before being invited for an interview.
    • Be available to complete a test project on-site after the interview.

    Key Responsibilities:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity. This includes:
    • Developing and implementing design concepts that engage our target audience.
    • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all design elements.
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
    • Utilizing design software to create high-quality graphics, videos, and animations.
    • Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work products while working under pressure.
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of design objectives and goals.
