Life on the Team

We are looking for an IT Internal Auditor to join the Quality & Auditing team on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

You will be responsible for operating the internal audit programme in line with the business and certification requirements held within the organisation.

What you will do- Reviewing and agreeing the audit schedule with the respective business owners.- Conducting internal audits in line with the business and management system requirements.- Liaising with external audit parties, co-ordinating and facilitating audit activities.- Producing audit reports, including audit findings in line with the company's internal audit Procedure.- Effective management of corrective and preventive action plans.- Compiles management information reports as required by the business through relevant business tools to provide accurate/up to date data.- Able to communicate on complex issues to meet business and customer requirements to avoid escalations.

What we require- Auditing experience against ISO year minimum Auditing experience in an IT environment.- Grade 12 and Relevant Tertiary Qualification.- Flexible approach to auditing; ability to lead audits or be part of a team of auditors where required.- Management of audit findings through to effective resolution.- Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information.- Excellent Interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.- Good decision-making skills. Influence and persuasion skills.- Good commercial orientation and organisational awareness.- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.- Understanding of ITIL framework.- Understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.

Good to have- ITIL Accreditation (Foundation Level) / Service Management practices- Presentation and Training Skills- Excellent analytical and reporting skills- Auditing experience against relevant ISO standards e.g. ISO 14001, ISO20000 would be beneficial.
