Timeshare & Financial Controller - Port Shepstone, South Africa - Beekman Group
Description
This role entails the efficient business administration of resort properties with the following 2 key focus points: 1.Property information is captured, administered, and always maintained accurately to ensure optimal guest experience through all stages of their interaction with that, or any, property in our offerings.
- Administering financial, reporting, and statistical elements of a collection of properties to ensure best business performance as well as optimal guest experience.
- Timeshare inventory control
- Processing of levy payments
Requirements:
- Matric
- Confident & professional communicator
- Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Minimum 2 Years client / stakeholder liaison experience (advantageous)
- Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to plan and organise
- Numerical proficiency essential
- Strong business admin orientation
