Description
This role entails the efficient business administration of resort properties with the following 2 key focus points: 1.

Property information is captured, administered, and always maintained accurately to ensure optimal guest experience through all stages of their interaction with that, or any, property in our offerings.


  • Administering financial, reporting, and statistical elements of a collection of properties to ensure best business performance as well as optimal guest experience.
  • Timeshare inventory control
  • Processing of levy payments

Requirements:


  • Matric
  • Confident & professional communicator
  • Critical thinker with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum 2 Years client / stakeholder liaison experience (advantageous)
  • Computer literacy (proficient in MS Word and Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Numerical proficiency essential
  • Strong business admin orientation
