    Job Title: Immigration Consultant

    Johannesburg, South Africa

    Salary: R25 000 - R30 000 per month

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a skilled Immigration Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of South African immigration policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice on all aspects of South African immigration law, including visa applications, residency permits, and compliance matters.
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored immigration solutions.
    • Manage complex immigration cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely, accurate, and successful outcomes.
    • Stay informed on immigration law changes and regulatory compliances and ensure all processes and client advisories comply with current legal standards.
    • Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and fostering their professional growth and development.

    Requirements:

    • LLB or equivalent legal qualification, preferably with a specialization in immigration law or labour law.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in South African immigration law or 2 years in Labour Law, with a proven ability to handle complex cases and deliver high-level advisory services.
    • Strong understanding of South African immigration policies, procedures, and regulations.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Proficiency in English. Chinese (written and spoken) is highly advantageous; additional language skills are a plus.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
