    Description
    Qualifications
    • Millwright trade qualification (required).
    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification (required).
    • N4 qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (highly preferred).
    • Minimum 3 years of apprenticeship experience as a Millwright (required).
    • 3-5 years of post-apprenticeship experience in a production plant environment (preferred).
    • Experience working with hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and YSD systems (required).
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
    • Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
    • Ability and willingness to work according to a rotating shift schedule.
