Description
Qualification in Sales and Sales Management- Must have a technical or engineering background
- 2 years exp in Fire Protection industry in respect of the applicable codes, regulations and legislation.
- Client liaison
- Business development and sales in the Fire Protection industry,
- Practical experience in respect of Fire Protection
- Computer Literate & Microsoft Office suite of products
- Good language skills, both Afrikaans and English Intermediate numerical reasoning
- Driver's License
- Willing and able to travel
- Identify new potential customers as well as new market opportunities.
- Meet and exceed set revenue targets with a focus on profit and sustainable revenues.
- Developing and grow existing client accounts to increase revenue and profitability.
- Identify and grow the possible leads within the allocated region.
- Attend tender clarification meetings as and when required.
- Compile quotes
- Attend any required marketing events and similar activity as and when required.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and other relevant parties to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is reached
- Network and establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel assigned to customer
- Contact suppliers on availability of stock and pricing as and when required
- Assist with late payments as and when required
- Request financial invoices for prepayments as and when required.
