Description

Our client, a leading engineering and industrial component supplier, seeks to employ an Admin Controller who will assist with full admin support to Branch Operation, and ensure adherence to internal controls.


KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

  • You must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.
  • You must have matric, coupled with at least 3+ years of administration experience and experience with Excel
  • Kerridge is also essential
  • You must have SHEQ experience and K8 experience as you will be assigned SHEQ Officer control and ensure that all sites function up to audit standard
  • You will be doing purchase orders, all internal processes online, managing all processing files, and planning for audits
  • You will be ensuring that all deadlines are met, registering and verifying supplier invoices and allocation of payments in conjunction with tasks such as handling the branch phone calls and filing (Metro File)
  • You must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
