This programme is perfect for unemployed South African youth (18-28 years) with a passion for the hospitality industry. Do you love working with people and want a solid understanding of food-and-beverage operations? This programme combines all the essentials of food and drink preparation, service and supervision with aspects like customer relations, personal development and effective communication.
Modules includes:
Provide Customer Service
Describe layout, services and facilities of the organisation
Describe the sectors of the Hospitality, Travel & Tourism Industries
Maintain health, hygiene and a professional appearance
Display Cultural Awareness in Dealing with Customers and Colleagues
