- Install, repair and service company equipment in the field.
- Logistical and methodical approach to fault-finding.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Complete preventative maintenance in line with company standards.
- Reporting to the Service Supervisor of problems, work commitments, technical and customer requirements etc.
- Assist company engineers in the field.
- Work related travel to client sites etc.
- Installation of new equipment, respond to service requests, troubleshoot equipment issues, technical training.
- Physically fit and able to work with heavy OA equipment.
- Grade 12 / N3 / NQF 4.
- Position related Tertiary qualification (adv).
- Min 3 years office automation experience.
- Repair, installation and networking experience.
- Ability to set up printing and scanning (to folder and email).
- Ability to interpret service manuals, parts manuals and technical diagrams.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Position based in Newcastle, local residency required.
