    Financial Controller

    Our client, a well-established and reputable company in the manufacturing and services industry, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg South.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced financial professional who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment, overseeing financial operations, and contributing to the company's growth and success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and prepare management accounts and financial reports for senior management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with management to create effective financial plans and targets.
    • Ensure VAT and tax calculations and submissions are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to IFRS standards and assist with the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
    • Reconcile items on debtors and creditors accounts to maintain accurate financial records and ensure cash flow management.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant.
    • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a stock/inventory environment.
