    About Network Recruitment:

    Network Recruitment is a leading staffing agency that specializes in placing top talent in finance and accounting roles.

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at a well-established manufacturer and exporter of pickled sheep skin.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in manufacturing/plant-based finance and be proficient in Sage 300.

    Job Description:

    As the Financial Manager, you will oversee the full finance function, including management accounts, financial reporting, compliance, and HR-related responsibilities.

    You will report directly to senior leadership and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate reconciliations.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance
    • Manufacturing/plant-based finance experience essential
    • Proficiency in Sage 300
    • Strong background in management accounts, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Experience handling month-end and year-end closures
    • Ability to perform HR-related functions, including payroll oversight
    • Hands-on, operational mindset with a keen eye for cost control and efficiency
