Description

Customer Service Representative:


The purpose of the role is to provide support to our online Customers, answer inbound calls, deliver timeous communication to the Customer and be flexible for standby administrative duties.

As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for Prospen Africa's Customers.


Duties

  • Proactively support Customers with the aim of reaching sales.
  • Answering calls and redirecting them to the relevant division
  • Dealing with Customer complaints and working to resolve their issues
  • Providing information about products and services to Customers.
  • Conducting followups once a Customer has shown interest in the company's products or services
  • Providing feedback or reports on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Collaborating with Sales and Training Coordination divisions
  • Tracking the Client's journey on the CRM system
  • Managing the Front Desk Area
  • Providing administrative support to the Training division to meet the needs of existing Clients.

Requirements:


  • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proactive
  • At least 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From R6,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lyndhurst, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
