Customer Service Representative:
The purpose of the role is to provide support to our online Customers, answer inbound calls, deliver timeous communication to the Customer and be flexible for standby administrative duties.
Duties
- Proactively support Customers with the aim of reaching sales.
- Answering calls and redirecting them to the relevant division
- Dealing with Customer complaints and working to resolve their issues
- Providing information about products and services to Customers.
- Conducting followups once a Customer has shown interest in the company's products or services
- Providing feedback or reports on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Collaborating with Sales and Training Coordination divisions
- Tracking the Client's journey on the CRM system
- Managing the Front Desk Area
- Providing administrative support to the Training division to meet the needs of existing Clients.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Proactive
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience
- Relevant Bachelors Degree or Diploma
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
From R6,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lyndhurst, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
