Primary purpose of the role
Support the implementation of 4 OMS Principles and 12 OMS Element and Support Supervisors to maintain OMS DS and ensure sustainability

Support the implementation of 4 OMS Principles and 12 OMS Element and Support Supervisors to maintain OMS DS and ensure sustainability.
Drive the implementation of OMS
Engage site leaders in OMS by training them on the OMS Foundation
Regular reviews on OMS implementation
Ensure alignment of site leadership team and clear understanding of OMS as an operating system
Drive OMS standardization at the site and contribute with new ideas/opportunities
Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
Maintain the identified KPI's ensure changes are resulting in updated KPI's
Support the development and maintenance of the Management Review Process and ensure the reporting input for the MRP
Ensure targets are properly set for Objectives and KPI's support the maintenance
Ensure the R&R is aligned and approved by the DC Manager support the maintenance
Coach the leaders to follow the TDM and confirm routines and responsibilities are carried out in practice
Review span of control analysis with DC Manger and set up a plan for adjustment
Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
Work together with OMS Engineers during data system implementation for defining the sitespecific OMS Data System Concept and setting up accordingly the use and routines for the site leaders (connecting OMS Principles)
Ensure leadership team is properly trained on Performance Management tools and methodologies and that these trainings (users, maintenance, updates) are included and maintained in the Excellence School Program.
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
Develop the Excellence in all 4dimension following defined standards and training infrastructure/training team/training content/training program
Report the Financial Benefits on OMS
Report OMS Plan View, aligning status and challenges
Track and manage OMS culture dashboard, providing visibility to DC Manager

Qualifications

Matric
Diploma/BTech in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management or Lean/Six Sigma qualification (green/black belt).
Experience in Kaizen, Process improvement or Change management.
