Key Performance Area:

  • Manage the activities of the company's coordination, recruitment and compliance teams/staff.
  • Client relationship management activity (as designated).
  • Offer leadership, support and guidance to the company's staff as appropriate and also as required.
  • Provide returns and reports at agreed intervals, detailing business activity, including marketing and recruitment, to the Operations Manager and Senior Management.
  • Produce, in conjunction with the Operations Manager, a monthly recruitment plan including targets and KPI's that will enable the business to deliver recruitment targets across all tools and platforms, ensuring that all current and new packages of care are fully staffed.
  • Ensure that costs are kept within budget (where applicable). Extra resources may be agreed with the Operations Manager/Senior Management, if justified by increase business activity.
  • Effectively support the management of payroll including holiday pay, ensuring that payments are made in line with accrued entitlements and monies earned per hour, each week.
  • Be involved, with the Operations Manager, in the recruitment, selection and training of new business staff as required.
  • With the Operations Manager, plan and run recruitment campaigns to ensure an increasing number of relevant staff are registering with the company's.
  • Be able to evaluate and use all forms of media.
  • Ensure that all client needs are met in a professional manner.
  • Follow all the company's quality procedures and carry out internal audits both formal and informal, as/if required by the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure that all staff are managing the quality of each employee and that they are regularly assessed and that those workers who do not meet acceptable levels or standards are supported to improve and/or removed from the business.
  • Work with the Operations Manager to support the business to conform with all necessary legislation.
  • Participate in training sessions agreed with your line manager.
  • Maintain the highest possible personal and professional standards in terms of personal presentation, method of operation and ethical judgements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary education
  • Strong recruitment experience
  • Team/people management experience
  • 3 years experience in a managerial role
