    Description

    Business Support Associate

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team at Arvo in Stanford, Overberg. This role will be responsible for providing support in financial operations, HR, and payroll administration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Operations: General accountant functions and administering financial operations.
    • HR and Payroll Administration: Manage HR and payroll administration, including data analysis and financial reporting.
    • Business Support: Provide insights for business growth, budgeting analysis, and forecasting.

    Requirements:

    • A post-matric accounting qualification.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

    Location: The position is based in the office in Stanford, Overberg.

    Salary: R20k - R27k CTC p.m. (depending on experience).
