    As an Office Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment. Your duties will include managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, as well as coordinating office maintenance and repairs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Office Management: Ensure seamless daily operations by maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory; place orders and handle deliveries. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, acting as a liaison with external service providers. Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective practices are followed.
    • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers & franchise partners. Answer phone calls and manage incoming emails, providing timely responses and support. Address and resolve any client inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
    • Grocery Shopping & Errands: Manage and execute grocery shopping for office events, staff needs, and office snacks. Run various errands as needed, such as picking up supplies, mailing packages, or handling other tasks for the team. Track and organize grocery and supplies inventory to maintain adequate stock.
    • Travel Coordination: Organize travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, and preparing itineraries. Communicate with travel vendors to ensure that all bookings are accurate and cost-efficient. Assist with personal travel coordination for employees as requested, ensuring smooth travel experiences.
    • Administrative Support: Maintain and update office schedules, calendars, and appointments. Assist with meeting preparation, including room setup. Handle correspondence, filing, and record-keeping as needed.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, visitors, and team members at all levels.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office technology.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
    • Comfortable performing personal errands, such as grocery shopping, in addition to office responsibilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling office needs.
    • Experience in travel coordination is a plus.
