- 1. Facilitate client relations across branch offices Oversee service delivery to both external and internal clients (TCF)
- Address and document complaints proficiently (TCF)
- Supervise adherence to compliance standards and client service efficiency (TCF)
- Monitor the calibre of all client service administrative tasks related to sales (TCF)
- Support sales efforts to meet targets effectively.
- Administer business retention strategies.
- Supervise New Business Policy Administration- Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of data capturing processes (TCF).
- Monitor compliance with quality assurance standards for new business procedures, including sampling 1% AL and 4% CNS cases (TCF).
Oversee the implementation of tick-off procedures and policies to uphold regulatory compliance and operational integrity (TCF).- Provide leadership and guidance to optimize new business operations and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Supervise Claims Registration Processes- Oversee the registration of claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness (TCF).
- Review processed claims to verify accuracy and ensure comprehensive system notes (TCF).
- Conduct checklist completion on a sampling basis and submit to the Branch Operations head office (TCF).
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintain quality assurance and compliance standards in claims management.
- Management of budgetary control- Compile budget.
- Supervise branch office expenditures within budget limits.
- Strategize and implement methods to reduce operational costs.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and supply logistics.
- Report on Branch Office Operations- Present monthly administrative activity reports detailing daily office operations and challenges.
- Furnish Sales with weekly statistics regarding pending correspondence related to new business.
- Supervise the submission of claims registers.
- Management of logistics- Guarantee branch offices maintain corporate identity standards.
- Ensure offices are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the facilities department for any maintenancerelated concerns.
- Responsible for compliance and TCF- Follow company policies, procedures, and the General code of conduct, aligning with FSCA and all regulatory guidelines.
- Provide guidance to staff regarding pertinent legislation and industry standards.
- Coach staff on applicable business rules, policies, and procedures (Assupol, CNS, Kestrel, Incub8, and PL).
- Comply with FAIS requirements.- Oversee employee representatives while they deliver services under supervision.
- Provide monthly supervision evidence to HR.
- Mentor and train supervisees to ensure their thorough understanding of products.
- Attend meetings between employees and clients to observe and offer guidance.
- Management of staff- Conduct audits and maintain control over attendance registers.
- Administer staff leave arrangements.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance on a monthly and biannual basis (TCF).
- Efficiently manage branch operations
- Lead training, development, and ongoing coaching initiatives for staff.
- Ensure compliance with disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Manage the updating of IT programs.
- Oversight of the Integration Process- Ensure seamless integration by aligning policies and procedures across branch office staff (Assupol, CNS, PL, Kestrel, Cornerstone, Top Top, and Incub8).
- Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Monitor adherence to integrated policies and procedures to promote organizational unity and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of integration initiatives.
- Regularly assess integration progress and address any challenges or gaps to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:

- Degree in Management (Advantage)
- Recognized qualification as per the FSCA list of recognized qualifications
- RE 5 (Representatives)
